Its more than just a dance and conditioning class, Brigitte has combined all that shes learned over her 15 years of experience to create a class that promotes strength and confidence through an hour long high intensity cardio workout that draws on elements of pilates and yoga. The best part? The cheerleader-like choreographed dance that takes place at the end of every class.
