Seeing Double: Affordable Valentino?

Lately I've been on the hunt for shoes and after I found the perfect ankle boots from Urban Outfitters I honed in on new pair of flats. My research took me into familiar territory, I didn't want to spend too much and found quite an adorable pair from Forever 21, but where had I seen this style before? At Valentino.
